Registration fees
1Conference gala dinner tickets are included in the registration fee. Additional tickets for partners can be purchased at $US 57.75 (including tax) a ticket.
*To qualify as a trainee you must be a postdoctoral fellow within 5 years of completing your PhD (or equivalent) degree, or a graduate student that is registered in a graduate research degree programme. A letter from your supervisor confirming your eligibility must be sent to k.russell@elsevier.com with your registration request. (Please do not email credit card information under any circumstances).
Registration includes:
- Access to conference sessions
- Full conference materials including a program booklet and access to the online abstract system
- Welcome drinks reception
- Poster session drinks reception
- Mid-session refreshments and lunch as scheduled in the conference program

Please be advised that your registration fee does not include travel insurance, please ensure that you have your own insurance policy before travelling.
Payment for conference registrations can only be made by credit card online. Elsevier accepts: MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise customer services of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify customer services immediately. Provided written notice is received by March 12, 2022 a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by March 26, 2022, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after March 26, 2022, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.
In the unlikely event that Elsevier shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. Elsevier shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.
Should you test positive for Covid-19 or be required to self-isolate, do not attend the conference. ISDN will refund your registration fee.
