Submit Poster Abstract
Communicate your research to a wider, more-inclusive audience: our lower fees, online delivery and 6 months post-event on-demand access will make ISDN2021: Online more accessible to all.
Submit abstracts now for posters on all aspects of developmental neuroscience using the online abstract submission system.
Prizes will be awarded to the best posters presented at the conference by trainees. Posters will be judged by members of the conference scientific committee and each winner will be awarded a monetary prize.
To qualify as a trainee, you must be a postdoctoral fellow within 5 years of completing your PhD (or equivalent) degree, or a graduate student that is registered in a graduate research degree programme.
In addition to the quality of the research presented consideration will be given to the quality of poster presentation including a short video pitch by trainees alongside their poster.
Poster PDFs and pitches should be uploaded to the online platform a week prior to the conference to allow for judging. Full information will be sent with successful author notifications in March.
Notes for authors:
At least one author of the accepted abstract must register to attend the meeting to present your work and answer questions. Only talks and posters of registered participants will be scheduled in the programme.
Accepted poster authors: Poster sessions will be an important part of the program with each author having an opportunity to present live on more than one day. The conference platform provides a dedicated ‘room’ for each poster presenter to fully interact with their audience. Poster presenters will have the opportunity to record a short video presentation that will be accessible throughout the live event and on demand (if permission is given). You will also be able to upload a PDF of your poster for attendees to view outside of the poster session times
Abstracts of all accepted contributions will be included within the online abstract system which will be distributed to all registered conference participants
Successfully submitted abstracts will be acknowledged with an electronic receipt including an abstract reference number, which should be quoted in all correspondence. Allow at least 2 hours for your receipt to be returned to you.
If you do not receive acknowledgement for your abstract submission or you wish to make any essential revisions to an abstract already submitted, please DO NOT RESUBMIT your abstract, as this may lead to duplication. Please contact the Conference Content Executive (Please do not email credit card information under any circumstances) with details of any revisions or queries. Please quote your reference number if you have one.
